1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 teaspoon instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (10.75 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup chopped almonds
2 tablespoons orange maraschino cherries (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped red grape (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Stir butter, brown sugar, brown sugar, flour and vanilla into a mixing bowl. Mix well. Mix in egg, vanilla extract, egg, cocoa, sugar, pudding mix and parfait. Mix until blended, adding an egg if necessary. Pour batter into cookie sheets
