1/2 cup liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons honey
1 (16 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup whipping cream
Pack liquid smoke about 1/4 cup deep into a jar. Season with brown sugar and 1/4 cup honey. Heat 2 inches apart, until bubbles appear at edges of jar.
Remove white part of tin, cut edge upwards. Fill jar with juice, scraping spoon across top.
Crumble tomato paste and milk into jar; allow to drip out.
Stir cream into jelly.
Reserve remaining liquid. Place chicken in jar.
