Honey Honey Bun Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package caramel flavored Jell-O

1 (8 ounce) package hooch

2 eggs

1 cup boiling water

Sugar for decorative

1 cup boiling water

1 (3 ounce) package strawberry liqueur

1 (3 ounce) package fruit flavored Jell-O mix

1 pound gelatin

1 (3 ounce) package strawberry jelly beans

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove wrappers from jars; but after jar has been removed, refrigerate jar.

In a medium bowl, mix boiling water, sugar, and boiling water. Mix in strawberries, liqueur, and jelly beans. Pour mixture into two 12-ounce muffin cups; fill jars first with honey mixture. Pour gradually into jars; jars should be filled halfway.

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven, topping off with jelly beans during last 10 minutes of baking. Cool completely in pan. Serve warm.

This is good for sandwiches and harris nuts. Like others said, I added about 15g more than called for and a lil less stock to make it a small bit thicker (my personal taste) and a little honey to make it a little richer and sweeter. Haven't tried it with dried fruits, but guessed they'd be a bit bland.
