1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup white sugar
2 cups black pecans
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (10 ounce) package chocolate, hardened balls
Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until fluffy. Blend pecans and condensed milk in medium bowl until creamy. Fold in chocolate balls. Continue beating until all ingredients are smooth and creamy. Gradually stir in cream, when all ingredients are thoroughly combined, add cocoa just until combined.
Add desired amount of nuts to each covered cookie. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet. Place on prepared cookie sheet to set.
