1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
2 (4 ounce) cans minced onion, drained
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced and diced celery
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine mushrooms, mushrooms, onion, green bell pepper, green bell pepper, celery and mixed vegetables. Mix well and spread mixture on a large serving platter.
Arrange cheese dip on top of mushroom layer. Spread sour cream on top of cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
