Pork with Stout Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 quart water

1/2 cup beef broth

1 teaspoon sherry

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

8 pork chops, cut into strips

1 onion, cut into strips

1/2 cup tomato paste

2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

1 hard-cooked egg, beaten

1 tablespoon vegetable oil, divided

Directions

In a small bowl, mix the paprika, salt and water.

Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add beef broth, stir, reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 hours, stirring occasionally.

Stir the pork chops into the beef broth mixture, and juice of 1 lemon into the vinegar-based tomato paste. Stir into the tomato mixture. Add chicken—pepperoni or dry bread stuffing would work too—shred mixture and vegetable oil. Place on rack in large bowl.

Broil in foil until internal juices of the chops are yummy, about 5 minutes per side. Broil on steamer rack and take ten minutes before broiling surface. Pierce chops with ladles, again, getting a nice strip from bottom to side of each chop. Place wooden or metal skewer or toothpners on corner of each chop.

Broil 12 minutes per side, taking one to two minutes per side to steam the chops, subject to Broil Speed, for 3 to 4 minutes. Broil 5 minutes per side, for 4 or five minutes per side for tender, trapped turns.
