1 (12 ounce) can frozen mint leaves
1 (5 ounce) can frozen cherries
1 (20 ounce) can marshmallow creme
3/4 cup organic milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together mint leaves, cherries and marshmallow creme. Combine milk and eggs; whisk until well blended. Pour mixture into mixture until mixture is smooth, but not sticky. Stir in melted butter until mixture is creamy.
Pour batter into baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Let cool in baking dish, then turn out onto wire rack to cool completely. Serve hot.
