4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
3 slices white bread
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon paprika
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken in a small saucepan. Cover pot with lid, and turn to coat. Cover, and place in oven for 2 to 3 hours.
In a mixing bowl, mix together bread, celery, onion, garlic, oil, Worcestershire sauce, onion, ginger, salt, ground black pepper, thyme, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, paprika.
Transfer chicken to a 9x13 inch baking pan. Pour marinade over all, and sprinkle with thyme and oregano. Place chicken on baking sheet. Top with chicken.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
