8 (4 ounce) cans Italian-style diced green chiles
8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 (4 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup sliced fresh spinach
1 cup sliced red bell pepper
In a medium bowl, stir together diced green chiles, shrimp, mushrooms, mixed vegetables, pecans, vinegar, Jarlsberg cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and sliced red bell pepper.
