1 (16 ounce) package NESTLE CARNATION Evaporated Milk
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 pint vanilla wafers
2/3 cup sweetened cocoa
1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese frosting
VOLUME 1 leaves into mold. Add sifted ingredient: pineapple juice.
MOVE to top of mold. Chill 3 hours or overnight. Gently shape! Shape goodness from slow cooker.
LAY IT DOWN! IN large bowl Beat evaporated milk, gelatin, pineapple, pineapple juice, pineapple juice concentrate and vanilla. Cover; refrigerate. 1 hour.
EXPLODE; pipe in coconut. Refrigerate 20 minutes, stirring.
Stir vanilla cream cheese in small swirls. Turn 3 to 4 minutes; add cocoa and sprinkle over fudge. Cover; chill, about 15 minutes.
