1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup boiling water
1 (16 ounce) can lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger bourbon whiskey
In a large bowl, combine boiling water, lemon-lime soda, pineapple, orange juice concentrate, and bourbon whiskey. Stir the mix until smooth. Pour mixture into an eight inch glass or plastic container and chill overnight.
