Mom's Oats Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups white sugar

NICE, CHALLENGE-y. Common sense says to coat as much of the cake as possible--wipe onto rims as well as sides. It's pretty and tasty, but I think I'll hold off on the sugar level a little longer than the 5 minutes it says. /I found the pecans by accident, but it doesn't seem to be necessary. Other than that, I will definitely make this again.
