2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 cups water
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup boiling water
1 cup corn syrup
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a large bowl, whisk together chocolate, water and pudding mix. Beat in boiling water and corn syrup. Stir in eggs and milk. Pour into glasses and chill until set, then frost with whipped topping.
