Slow Cooker Stuffed Pork Roast Recipe

Ingredients

6 (1 ounce) cubes pepper jack cheese, cubed

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 pound boneless pork loin roast

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 1 2 quart casserole dish.

In a medium bowl, mix the pepper jack cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and bouillon cube. Place on prepared baking dish. Cover and steam 15 minutes in the oven. Remove meat, and drain on paper towels. Wrap with plastic wrap and place on a platter.

Drain mixture, and place on top layer of prepared baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and place on bottom layer of baking dish. Fold top layer over, seal edges of plastic wrap, and tie ends with butcher line.

Bake for 65 to 75 minutes in the preheated oven, until meat is tender and milk is thickened. Cool before serving.
