1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon ranch sauce
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Select desired result, and press a button; the mixture will be pressed. Return to freezer 10 minutes, until firm enough to form into patties and wraps.
Prepare the egg and ranch sauce.
Heat powdered mustard in a small skillet or wok over medium heat. Saute onion and green bell peppers until tender-crisp, about 2 minutes. Stir in Cheddar cheese and egg, flour and salt. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Let it cool.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Pour egg mixture into prepared pan; sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven 15 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
