1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup buttermilk, cold
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/3 cup buttermilk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.
Stir together buttermilk, buttermilk, and 1/2 cup sugar. Stir in vanilla, eggs, and buttermilk. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Let cookies stand 1 hour before removing from baking sheet.
