Granny's Sauteed Chicken and Rice Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 large onion, thinly sliced

2 cups chicken broth

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 teaspoons monosodium glutamate

1 teaspoon white sugar

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into cubes

4 slices bacon

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir fry chicken until golden brown; remove bones and skin. Add broth, garlic, brown sugar, onion powder, white sugar, salt, brown sugar, monosodium glutamate, sugar, and monosodium glutamate to skillet and cook together, stirring constantly, until well blended. Pour chicken mixture back in skillet; add bacon. Cook over low heat until chicken is cooked through and bacon is browned, about 15 minutes.

I gave it four stars because it was very clear it was put out by the weight, but otherwise great. Report as high as possible as it can be high fat but by and large very taste and wash. I ended up using light ranch so it wasn't too sweet and not too limp.
