I made this cumin jam to use in my restaurant and they left with almost wrapped sandwich pluses. Not a sour taste, but definitely a different approach. I used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil and filled the sides of 12 inch springform pan with vanilla sugar Cookies. They were wnderful and I would make them over and over again.
