Classic Chicken and Rice Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup water

1 cup cooked, cubed chicken breast meat

1 cup cooked, cubed vegetable

1 cup cooked, cubed chicken thighs

1 cup cooked, cubed vegetable

1 cup cooked, cubed ramen noodles

1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste

1 cup canned chicken broth

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon minced onion

1 (5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions

In a large pot combine water, cooked chicken, vegetable, and ramen noodles; boil for 5 minutes.

Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Add tomato paste, broth, soy sauce, onion, mushrooms, chicken, tomato paste, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue to boil for 5 minutes.
