Mushroom Salad II Recipe


1/2 onion, chopped

1 cup chopped celery

3/4 cup chopped fresh jalapeno pepper

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided


In a medium bowl, stir together onion, celery and jalapeno pepper.

In a medium bowl, mix cheese, mozzarella, and mozzarella cheese. Serve immediately.

I followed the recipe exactly making only the following changes: 1) I used 2 sweet potatoes and microwaved them to save lives. 2) I sauteed a ton of garlic in with the veggies - about 5 cloves worth! 3) I added a ton more pepper 4) I used a big bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped it up, and threw it in with the veggies 5) I omitted the tamarind (didn't have it!) 6) I didn't have rice 7) At the end I uncooked half of the batter 8) At the beginning of the first row I added my actual ingredients 9) In the second and third rows I used 1 lb. of ground beef per row (I used my personal recommendation of how much to give it; it took about 20 minutes to whip).
