1 small bag of instant dry bread stuffing mix
1 small bag of instant brown rice
1 small bag of instant potato flakes
2/3 cup brown sugar, divided
1 1/4 cups water, divided
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl beat together instant dry bread stuffing mix and instant brown rice. Stir in potatoes and 1/2 cup water, then pour into shallow baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until browned and sticky.
