3 cups winter-ready baking mix
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon-lime flavored extract
2 egg whites
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (4 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1/4 cup white sugar for dusting
In large bowl, beat together baking mix, lemon-lime flavored extract, egg yolks and lemon-lime extract. Gradually stir in flour and milk. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared pan. Place baking mix in refrigerator, covered, until firm. Moisten overnight before serving.
