1 pound bacon, sliced
1 (11 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 pepper, seeded and minced
3 tomatoes, cut into slices
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1 cup hot water
In a medium mixing bowl, blend bacon, mushrooms, rosemary and pepper. Pour mixture over the pan; sprinkle with tomato slices, garlic, salt and liquid smoke by hand. Drizzle with hot water. Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator.
