I am not a very good cook, but this recipe WAS super easy and tasty. It took awhile to bake, but I was giving it 30 minutes on low for quality sake. I added frozen veggies, a squeeze of lemon, and a few grinds. I simmered the beef in the pot with the veggies for awhile, then added our regular dry rub: chicken, garlic, onion, a few mushrooms, a squeeze of lime, and salt. We think this is superb--trust us, we tried it and it is.). It went great--my husband loved it too.
