1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon dry oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
4 stalks celery
1 cup heavy whipping cream
In a medium saucepan, bring water and soy sauce to a boil. Slowly add Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about one minute.
Stir in salt, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, rosemary, celery and heavy whipping cream. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Cool mixture completely, pour into serving dishes.
