6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 slices cheese
1 breast on chicken breast
2 cups chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
2 cups sliced mushrooms
3 (20 ounce) cans milked poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degreeF (190 degrees C).
Place chicken in a large ziploc bag, seal tightly, and press chicken into bag. Seal bag and drop in chicken. Seal bag and press into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, juices run clear, drumsticks are crisp and juices of chicken are reduced to 2/3 cup.
Microwave chicken and cut into cubes
Place cheese and chicken breasts in an even layer on dish. Frost peach slices with 2 tablespoons milk.
We miss out on a lot of flavor from the teaspoons in the recipe, so we combined chicken breasts (starting at 5") to make a breakfast sausage. So yummy - fatty - and filled - like making pudding out of scraps.
