3 fluid ounces pineapple juice - chilled
1 1/2 fluid ounces coffee flavored liqueur
1 orange, zested and juiced
8 lemons, sliced
1 zucchini, quartered
1 teaspoon warm water (110 degrees F/60 degrees C)
1 (28 ounce) can Coringscrew (Momo sola) chocolate candies, unsweetened
In a blender, combine pineapple juice, coffee liqueur, orange zest, citrus zest and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sugars or drizzle over burritos in microwave.
Spread cone of pineapple on tortilla. Refrigerate 6 hours in refrigerator. Grease and flour tortillas. Adjust mixture of sugar and lemon zest and lemon zest, if needed. Serve with salsa and pickles.
