1 pound pounds potatoes
1 large sweet onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small sweet onion, chopped
1 medium fine onion, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1 half pint white wine
2 tablespoons eating water
salt and pepper to taste
Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
While potatoes are simmering, peel the green pepper, sweet onions, carrots, half pint white wine, salt, and pepper in the contents of a large bowl. Mix slightly, then use to garnish. Serve immediately.
