Peach Pineapple Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (19 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained

3/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1 cup milk

1 (4 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained

2 oranges, slice into rounds

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) pie shells.

In a medium saucepan, combine peaches, sugar, evaporated milk, white sugar, egg, vanilla extract and oil. Bring to a simmer and whisk until smooth. Remove from heat and pour mixture into pie shells.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes in the preheated oven, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool before serving.

let me start by saying that this recipe was very easy but if you are not careful with the flour you could end up with a sticky dough.
