1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried minced shallots
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 clove garlic, minced
2 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons honey
3 teaspoons sliced fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, shallots, garlic powder, garlic, fillets salmon, lemon juice, honey, chives and sage. Chill overnight.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Set grill rack and rack salmon fillets, salad ingredients, lemon-lime soda.
Place salmon on rack. Sear with a fork until golden. Drain any excess water.
Lightly coat grill with a coat of cooking spray.
Place on grill rack. Grill approximately 10 minutes per side, turning once every 10 minutes.
