1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
3 eggs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup roasted whole peanuts
3/4 cup peanuts whole kernel
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat the oven broiler. Prepare the sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, honey, eggs and melted butter in a large bowl. Mix well. Stir in peanuts and peanuts whole kernel.
Lightly oil a 9x13 inch baking pan. Add the brown sugar mixture and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the peanuts, peanuts whole, soy sauce, sesame oil and nutmeg. Return mixture to pan.
Spread the peanut mixture evenly over the prepared pan. When the pan is cool enough to handle, roll the brown sugar mixture into a roll shape. Place rolls around the edges of the pan. Place pan on a large platter.
Broil 4 minutes on each side or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
