3/4 pound potatoes
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 banana, quartered
1 large onion, diced
1 (11 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
1 (10 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes (uncooked)
1 (1 ounce) jar ketchup
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute potato, onion, banana, onion, and potatoes in oil 2 minutes. Stirring constantly, cook 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Heat remaining oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onion, banana, and potatoes 3 minutes. Stirring constantly, cook 15 minutes, or until all potato pieces are golden brown.
Transfer potatoes to a large bowl. Stir in hash browns, ketchup, and oil. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Decorate with desired leaves of lettuce.
