1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can sliced ham, crushed
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) can cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 large English muffins
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, ham, sour cream and sour cream cheese. Shape into a 7x7 inch dish. Cover with cheese mixture. Top with muffins, Swiss cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Store in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
