1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 pinch ground black pepper
3 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
2 pounds salmon steaks
Place butter in a large pan or skillet over medium heat. Select skillet, and cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until butter is melted. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt, paprika, pepper, and parsley. Reduce heat to medium, and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Place salmon steaks in the pan, and cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until pink and cooked through. Remove salmon from pan, and place on a serving platter. Serve steaks with butter sauce.
