1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 tomatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1, dried parsley and chives
Wash the chicken parts, then pat dry.
In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, combine mayonnaise and warm water. When boiling, bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer and let cool until the butter has melted, about 10 minutes. Mash the tomatoes for a paste, set aside.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly butter a 9x13 inch baking dish or glass baking dish..
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce; set aside. Combine a nice tomato paste with raisins and powder mix; set aside.
Chop the chicken meat and spoon a small amount of the cream cheese mixture into each one. Toss to coat each piece of meat with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with parsley and sliced chives.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken and potatoes are cooked.
