Stuffed Chicken with Cheddar Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 pound) chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces

1 (16 ounce) can cream cheese, softened

1 cup milk

1 (4 ounce) can cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons prepared chicken gravy

Directions

Prepare Dijon mustard and Italian-style croutons according to package directions.

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, milk and cream cheese. Place mixture into chicken breast segments. Place evenly on all sides of breast halves. Cover breast halves with gravy. Roll up chicken, seasoning remaining mustard and croutons with water.

Set aside.

Place chicken carcass in a 12x14 inch baking dish. Drizzle with gravy and top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 45 minutes. Flip chicken breasts and sprinkle with brown sugar. Continue baking for 25 minutes or until chicken skin is golden brown.
