Sweet and Sour Meatballs II Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

2 slices bread, crushed

1 onion, peeled and cubed

1 stalk celery, chopped

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 cup crushed tomatoes

3 Roma tomatoes, chopped

3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

3 teaspoons wine vinegar

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Melt the ground beef in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bread and onion, celery and salt and pepper. Mix together and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Add tomatoes and 3 tomato varieties, wine and vinegar. Stir together and remove from heat.
