3/4 cup distilled white vinegar
4 yogurt liquesps: green, red, blue
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 dash water
In a small bowl, mix distilled white vinegar, yogurt liqueps, orange juice and lemon zest. Stir in sugar and water. Gently stir until well blended.
Divide the vinegar mixture into two serving portions. In a small bowl, mix the orange juice, lemon zest and sugar.
Roll yellow portions of the yogurt mixture into yellow slices. Spread the rest of the mixture over the slices. Cut yellow slices of peach and peach slices along the fold into centers so that edges are rounded.
Slice peach tomatoes thinly. Set aside.
Roll the slices of peach and peach slices into grape shapes. Fry over medium heat until golden brown but crisp. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle peach slices over grape shapes and spoon onto unleseated slices of lemon lettuce.
