Needed a little more color, added more white and reds and brought it to a boil. Once hot, reduced heat and let simmer for about a minute until all was tender. Then, reduced heat to low and kept stirring, until smooth and creamy. Once it thickened, I filtered the liquid through a fine mesh strainer and added it to a food grade balsamic vinaigrette. Boiled it for 15 minutes and added it to a food grade balsamic vinaigrette to make it safe for eating. It came out extremely delicious and has great flavor. I will definitely make it over and over. A simple yet incredibly tasty salad.

Very Good! I added chicken and baked for 15 minutes and added fresh tomatoes, fresh spinach, and left the corn alone (in the crock pot). It was so good that I will make it over and over. Yummy! Thanks!
