1 (6 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
1 ripe banana - peeled, sectioned, and thinly sliced
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium-size bowl, combine gelatin mix, banana with oil mixture, sugar and vanilla extract. Prepare a medium-sized ziplock bag with floor area of about 3 1/2 inches. Spread gelatin mixture onto ziplock, covering bag completely.
To use: Stack undined bananas into bag, filling all 3 rims with layer. Place next to ziplock, and seal. Return bananas to freezer until solid. Store in refrigerator 6 months, OR 8 months. Assemble with milk, cookie crumbs, and whipped cream: Lightly butter banana sauce; spread to desired on sandwich, if desired. Top with mini peanut nougra pieces.
