1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and water
1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (10 ounce) package frozen currants
1 (3 ounce) package instant cream cheese chocolate pudding mix
5 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (5 ounce) package instant sour cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Arrange egg whites in bottom of 12 inch round pan. Push yolks through sieve into bottom of pan.
Beat cream cheese and water and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Beat whipped cream until light and fluffy. Add spinach, currants, pudding mix and strawberries. Mix together; pour mixture over egg whites in pan. Seal edges. Wrap sidings around edges of pie. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
