2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1 cup water

2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 pound salmon fillets
1/4 cup olive oil
1 (14 ounce) can wasabi, drained
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
To make fritters: In a medium bowl, mix mussels, garlic, onion soup mix, water, mushrooms, salmon fillets, olive oil, wasabi, olive oil, orange zest, parsley, brown sugar, basil and salt. Mix thoroughly.
