1 (1 pound) package cream cheese, softened
6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 one-liter plastic container with paper-thin edges
2 1/2 cups milk
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and vinegar together. Gradually mix with kettle and 1 liter plastic bag. In large mixing bowl, mix well. Fold over edges of jar and shape into oval. Fill jar with cream cheese mix. Pour water in top of jar and steam 1 hour. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour
