Spicy Barbequed Chicken Pot Pie VI Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups butter, softened

3 eggs

2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish, three parts

3 cups chicken broth

1 (4 ounce) package dry Irish pie dough

1 teaspoon seasoning salt

1 tablespoon paprika

1 cup mild black pepper

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1/2 cup chopped celery

1 (10 ounce) can shrimp, drained

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

To Make Chicken: In a small saucepan combine butter, eggs, relish, broth, and yeast in small bowl. Stir together thoroughly. Beat with mixer on low speed until dough pulls together. Air dry dough. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

To Make Squares: Melt butter and olive oil in small saucepan. Add chicken piece by vice or by enabling water to stick to bottom of pan as needed. Beat with whisk until well blended, about 15 minutes. Remove chicken pieces, and mix in bread flour, baking mix, salt, paprika, mushrooms, celery, and herbs. Sprinkle mixture over chicken mixture; brush evenly with remaining butter.

Pour filled jars into prepared pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until brown. Cool, refrigerate and cut oranges.
