2 cups baked nonfat dry macaroni
2 cups boiled eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons lemon zest
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
In a medium saucepan, combine macaroni, boiled eggs, sugar, lemon juice, salt, lemon zest and vanilla extract. Mix together and heat slowly in microwave oven.
