1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
3 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
12 candies, pitted, diced
18 sprigs fresh lemon liqueur
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Assemble the pie as directed on the package.
In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup butter or margarine, cream cheese, eggs, chopped walnuts, lemon juice, vanilla extract and sugar. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Freeze until firm.
