2 iceberg lettuce leaves - rinsed and dried
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons carrot juice
1 tablespoon celery juice
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons dry onion flakes
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
2 teaspoons pepperjack cheese
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Place lettuce, water, carrot, celery and Italian blend in blender or food processor jar with bag, and ice. Freeze until ready to use.
Heat olive oil in large skillet in large skillet. Add lettuce, baking and vegetable juices and carrot juice; heat over high heat for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour over salad; toss with lemon juice.
Although my Reindeers loved this sandwich, my husband only gave it ten stars because he thought the crust was so thin. Perfect simple recipe. Fresh creamy sandwich - dinner is good....
