1/2 fluid ounce white rum
1/2 fluid ounce Pernod Ricardano (R) vodka
1 1/2 fluid ounces white sugar
1/2 fluid ounce vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons flavored cold water
In a blender, combine rum, vodka and sugar; puree. Pour into medium bowl. Stir with ice cream and olive oil, covering. Chill until ready to use. Decorate as desired.
