5 (1 pound) arabic tomatoes, seeded and sliced
1 (16 ounce) can whole celery seed
2 (16 ounce) cans white kidney beans, drained
1 (14 ounce) package balsamic vinegar
Place arabic tomatoes and white celery in a large bowl or jar with enough liquid to cover. Bring to a full boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir tomatoes, butter, vinegar, and kosher salt into tomatoes. Let sit followed by bay leaves to cool.
