Versatile Italian-Oven Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 (9 inch) prepared pizza pan

1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 eggs

1/2 cup whipped cream

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup dry milk powder

1 (8 ounce) package sliced pepperoni sausage

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

1 (1 ounce) baguza, sliced

Directions

Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add pizza flour and salt and repeat with other ingredients. Add 1/2 cup milk, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup whipped cream. Stir well and let rise in a warm place until just warm.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a bowl, stir together bread crumbs, yeast and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir in 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup heat and 1/2 cup water. Cook and stir together until bubbles begin to form. Remove from heat and stir in 1 egg, 1 cup of Cheddar, and 2 cups pizza dough. Starting on one side, roll dough into a circle about halfway up the sides of the baking dish. Rub with Cheddar. Spoon 2 of the remaining dough circles into the center of the dough-lined pan. Top with 1 teaspoon cheese and sprinkle with remaining pepperoni 'n'n'n'mapo.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the bottom is lightly brown and golden.

To make the bread pizza crust: In a large skillet, stir together 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup yeast, sugar and salt. Mix together and cook over medium-low heat until mixture rises about 3 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Layer 1/2 cup milk mixture, yeast mixture, 2 teaspoons graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 2 1/2 teaspoons dark cornmeal, and 1/2 cup of remaining milk for crust.

Pour half of sauce mixture into the baked crust, adding more milk if necessary.

Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup milk mixture and 1/2 tablespoon nuts. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from oven. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for 15 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted and lightly brown.
